If you want to learn how to build lasting success as a marketer, entrepreneur, or small business owner, or if you’re a GaryVee fan, you will love this episode with Gary Vaynerchuk. I worked long and hard to get this interview and it was worth it! One of my favorites, shot at his New York City office. If you’re not familiar with Gary Vaynerchuk, you may want to re-think calling yourself an Entrepreneur. His Q&A show, #AskGaryVee, is a go-to resource for entrepreneurs and those aspiring, as is his bestselling book of the same name. His YouTube channel, with keynotes, #AGV, and his docu-reality show DailyVee boasts over 161,000 subscribers. He is a Snapchat celebrity and has amassed over 1 million followers on Twitter.

But I assure you he’s not just a “social media guy.”

He helped his father take their family wine business from 3 Million to 60 million in 5 years, founded VaynerMedia, a social agency with over 600 employees in multiple offices, and co-founded VaynerRSE which has a portfolio that includes Facebook, Tumblr, Uber, and more.

Watch to the end and soak up every minute of this passionate, successful hustler, who genuinely cares about your success.

If you are an aspiring coach, consultant, marketer, YouTuber, or online entrepreneur, you will learn a ton from this interview with Marie Forleo. Marie Forleo is one of today’s most influential online business personalities. I was so stoked to get to interview her in her LA home a couple weeks ago. Not only have I followed her for about four years, you guys, she’s worked with Oprah! and Tony Robbins! She’s right up at the top of my list so I feel very blessed she was able to fit us in for an interview on the actual launch day of her flagship online course, B-School.

Named by Oprah (!!!) as a thought leader for the next generation, Marie Forleo aims to help entrepreneurs build a “business and life they truly love.” She is a master of personal branding, creating the award-winning online show MarieTV, which boasts over 230,000 subscribers. She is also the founder of B-School and has mentored young business owners at Richard Branson’s Centre of Entrepreneurship.

If you are a realtor, sales professional, or entrepreneur who wants to learn to think bigger and master selling, you will love this episode with Grant Cardone. You’ve probably heard of Grant Cardone, master of sales, NY Times bestselling author and popular business celebrity. You’ve also probably formed a quick opinion about him based on your first encounter, after all he is outspoken, “salesy” and happy to share about his massive wealth.

But Cardone has faced his share of struggles. After his father died when he was ten, his mother was constantly worried. “Meals were served with fear,” he said. This may explain his obsession with success, growth, and being able to “take care of his family” – a phrase he uses probably more than any other. Granted, his standard of care is probably higher than yours, as it includes a family jet. Cardone’s multi-family real estate investment portfolio has an estimated value of 350 Million. Obviously, he has reached a level of success most only dream about, and Kelsey dug deep with him in this inspiring and motivational interview.

If you're an aspiring fitness guru, coach, marketer or online business entrepreneur you will love this episode with Chalene Johnson. Prepare. Yourselves. I sat down and asked Chalene Johnson, the fitness mogul, everything you’ve been dying to know: How did she transition from fitness guru to business guru? She talks a lot about working less and living more these days, but didn’t she work all day everyday when she built her business? What’s her advice to those just starting out?

If, like many, you think Johnson is just a Fitness Talking Head, you are mistaken. She started her first business in her teens – flipping state-owned automobiles. I’ll give you a second to imagine Teen Chalene pulling up to the auto shop in a dirty, bright orange beater. After a while the business no longer felt safe – traveling alone with cash to a transaction with a stranger. So she transitioned that business into a service that facilitated a joint location for private buyers and sellers to meet and buy and sell their used cars.

“I thought there’s got to be a better way to do this. I realized ‘hey, if I have a problem, I bet other people have this problem. And if I solve this problem, it feels good and I can also make money.’ And so that was my first experience with entrepreneurship.”

It was that same knack for problem solving that led to her next business, Powder Blue Productions. Johnson realized fitness instructors’ problem: they were paid peanuts and had to do all the hard work themselves. They needed pre-designed programs, complete with music, choreography and a certification process. So she created one, which grew into a multi-million dollar business, with over 60,000 certified fitness instructors across the globe. That also led to an apparel company and eventually a partnership with Beachbody.

But a heart-to-heart with her husband, Brett, made her realize: she was unhappy. The couple sold their businesses and began the digital empire they run now, which includes Smart Success Academy, Marketing Impact Academy, Virtual Business Academy and more. She’s traded thousands of fitness instructors for hundreds of thousands of online students. Join their ranks by learning from her with this video – you’ll be glad you did.

If you're an aspiring author, speaker, or thinking of starting a non-profit, you'll love this interview with NY Times Bestselling author Bob Goff. Bob Goff is not your average attorney. He prefers hugs over handshakes, never lets a call go to voicemail, and listed his private cell phone number at the end of his NY Times bestselling book, Love Does. He is the founder of Restore International, which has brought over 200 cases to trial, pursuing justice, intervention and education for women and children in Uganda, India and Somalia. His charisma and authenticity – which you’ll appreciate clearly in this interview –  have made him an internationally sought-after speaker, inspiring audiences to get to the ”do” part of life. I had the treat of getting to interview him backstage before one of his keynote presentations, and in my hometown of Oklahoma City too.

If you’re an aspiring broadcaster or entertainment entrepreneur, or just an Al fan, you will love this one. If you don’t know who Al Roker is, well, that’s weird. The famous weather anchor joined NBC’s Today in 1996, and has been there since. You’ve also seen him on NBC Nightly News, hosting NBC’s Celebrity Family Feud, the Macy’s Day Parade, and in his own show on The Weather Channel, Wake Up With Al.

It was fitting that our interview was initially cancelled on account of, you guessed it, the weather. Luckily hurricane Joaquin slowed down enough for America’s favorite weatherman to spare twenty minutes for us. In between weather updates, we sat in his office on the 5th floor of New York City’s iconic 30 Rockefeller Center, and discussed his amazing career.

If you're an aspiring entrepreneur, marketer, or author you'll love this episode with the master, Seth Godin. I was excited when we arrived in Hastings on Hudson and approached the most modern facade on the street. The revamped apartment building now houses offices, one of which belongs to Seth Godin. I, along with millions of others, have read his work, which includes 18 international bestsellers and his iconic blog, This is Seth’s Blog. He was as cool and friendly as you would hope him to be, offering us our pick of his growing dark chocolate collection. Many writers and entrepreneurs will appreciate that he was wearing “webinar attire” – a shirt and tie with shorts and converse.

But as we sat to prepare for the interview Godin explained he doesn’t like to talk about himself because it “doesn’t do much good.” Lucky me… Watch as I rewrite questions on the fly (you can kinda tell) and chat with the master about his success, his advice, and his deep, deep love for cereal..

If you're an aspiring comedian, writer, actor, speaker or even entrepreneur, you'll really enjoy this hilarious episode. If you’re a fan of comedy, you know Chelsea Peretti. If you’re a fan of the FOX hit, “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” you know her as the self-absorbed unfiltered Gina Linetti. But you may not know that before rising to sitcom stardom, Peretti appeared on multiple comedy shows, created her own projects, and was a writer for “Parks and Recreation,” and “Saturday Night Live.” Last year she landed a coveted hour long comedy special on Netflix, One of the Greats, which was met with critical acclaim, and she has been featured on multiple “Comedians to Watch” lists. With such an impressive resume, you might expect some diva airs, but there were none to be found.

When we arrived at her dressing room on the historic lot in Studio City, California, the rising Comedy star was grabbing a quick bite to eat. She greeted us casually, grabbed her small shaggy dog and her lunch, and slipped out so we could set up.

How did Peretti get here? After all, If the odds of succeeding as a professional comedian are bleak, they are downright abysmal for women in comedy. In the sparse room lined with quirky sweaters and sky high shoes, she answered that and more for us, with the expected hilarious non-answers included.

If you're an aspiring realtor, designer, host or actor, or if you just love the Property Brothers, you'll really enjoy the advice and insights they share in this episode. In a restaurant near their temporary apartment outside New York City, New York, Drew and Jonathan Scott sat down to discuss their massive success and their advice for aspiring hosts and actors. We had a million technical issues on this shoot, but that didn’t stop the Property Brothers from giving AMAZING content, so bear with our sound and lighting and learn a TON from two of the most successful men in show business.

Jonathan and Drew Scott are the charismatic twin brothers who star in HGTV’s hit series Property Brothers, Buying & Selling and Brother Vs. Brother. Along with their winning blend of sibling rivalry and humor, they have a rare knack for finding fixer-uppers and turning them into perfect properties. Jonathan, a renowned designer and licensed contractor, and Drew, a seasoned agent, have bought and renovated real estate for over 15 years. In addition to their on-screen success, Drew and Jonathan founded Scott Brothers Entertainment, which produces engaging content for TV, film and digital platforms. In early 2014 they launched the Scott Living Collection (available to consumers in late 2015), a growing line of indoor and outdoor furniture and décor, combining quality, luxury And affordability. As sports enthusiasts both brothers hold 2nd- degree black belts in karate and have taken part in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Games. If you're an aspiring author, angel investor, speaker or entrepreneur, you'll really enjoy this episode with happy wife and multi-faceted entrepreneur Fawn Weaver. When I met Fawn Weaver at her amazing home in Marina Del Rey, California, she went in for the hug instead of a handshake and I knew I was in for a treat. We started with her New York Times bestseller and her community of almost 1 Million Happy Wives, but we dove into so much more, for example, her work as an angel investor, how she became a TEDx speaker, and her strategy for hitting the NY Times Best Sellers list. She shares all in this fun, fabulous interview.

Fawn Weaver, founder of “The Happy Wives Club,” is not only a USA Today and New York Times bestselling author, but a proud wife and role model to all women in love or those who believe in true love. She released her newest book, “The Argument Free Marriage: 28 Days to Creating the Marriage You’ve Always Wanted with the Spouse You Already Have” via Nelson Books August 4th, 2015. Fawn was also a speaker at this year’s TED Talks on May 30th, speaking on the Argument Free Marriage and how Oprah, Barbara Walters and Rosie O’Donnell all gave us the best marriage advice without even knowing it! Where she finds the time to write her best selling books and powerful speeches, we’re not sure, because she is also an entrepreneur and an angel investor!  Fawn has set out on a journey to find happy wives all over the world, give them a voice for all to hear, and prove that the “Happy Wife” still exists.

If you're an aspiring executive, an author, a blogger or an online entrepreneur, you'll love this episode. In his new studio in his backyard in Franklin, TN, Michael Hyatt discussed his journey, the keys to his success, and what exactly it’s like when straight-laced Michael Hyatt gets a little crazy!

Michael Hyatt is the author of the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestseller, Platform: Get Noticed in a Noisy World. He is also the former chairman and CEO of Thomas Nelson publishers and has spent thirty years working in nearly every facet of book publishing. His podcast, This is Your Life, is consistently in the top ten in the business category on iTunes and downloaded by more than 350,000 people a month. He has more than 220,000 followers on Twitter and he is also the president and founder of Platform University—an online membership community designed to give people the inspiration, coaching and resources they need to get noticed in this noisy world. While Michael loves his work, it is not the most important thing in his life. That position belongs to his family. He has been married to his wife Gail for thirty-seven years. They have five daughters, four sons-in-law and eight grandchildren and they live just outside of Nashville, Tennessee.
